Ivy Model Farm

Ivy Model Farm is situated on The West Pennine Moors and set within rolling moorland which captures panoramic views of Lancashire and as far as the-snow-capped mountains Snowdonia National Park. The farm development is made up of three properties Ivy Model Lower Barn, Ivy Model Higher Barn and Ivy Model Farmhouse.

All three plots are now prestigious properties that has been architecturally designed and beautifully renovated and restored throughout. The exceptional design of these stunning residences now incorporates many modern day requirements including newly created open-plan settings, bathed in natural light that has been maximised throughout the three plots.

This development is a beautiful contrast of traditional stone-built farm houses blended with our contemporary aluminium window, door and glazed roofing products. The original Mullion windows have been restored but now benefit from our bespoke windows, which immediately modernise the properties.

The entire plot is a wonderful showcase of our entire product range. The RAL colour used throughout is 9007 silver grey, which we offer as a standard colour for the same price as black, white and anthracite grey. The homes all benefit from our premium bi folding doors the XP View, casement windows, and perhaps most strikingly a stunning glass link-way made up of a lean to roof, spanning down from both sides of the structural steel connecting two separate buildings.

Picture windows have also been used superbly throughout the development, with the minimal frames maximising the stunning view out over the Pennines. Huge bespoke shaped windows have been manufactured to suit the pitch of the roof and have created a huge glass atrium that floods the barn with light.

The front entrance of two of the plots give a real insight into what can be expected with the rest of the property, with a shaped curtain wall atrium housing a glazed front door forming the glass fronted entrance into the two of the prestigious developments within this stunning plot.

We manufactured and installed all of the products used throughout this development and regularly carry out projects like this all over the UK.
