This traditional modest bungalow in York has been redeveloped and transformed into an impressive open plan living space. The architectural design of the property is first class with the front entrance door leading straight through the property all the way to the rear of the garden into the immaculate landscaped garden and outdoor seating area.

Due to the large expanses of glass required and in keeping with the open plan design of the property our XP Glide patio doors were used to completely open up the rear of the building. The two sets of triple track sliding doors meet at a central structural support which has been expertly cloaked in insulated aluminium pressings to match the aesthetic of the doors. When closed the two sliding doors form a huge glass facade spanning the full width of the property.
